Spring greens topped with julienne ham, flame broiled chicken breast, cheddar and Swiss cheese, garnished with tomato wedges, black olives, sun-dried cherries, honey roasted pecans, and your choice of dressing.

Asian Salmon Salad - $11.95
Sesame glazed charbroiled salmon fillet served atop a bed of szechuan chilled noodles, garnished with spring greens, tomatoes, pepperoncini, cucumbers, and black olives, drizzled with our house sesame vinaigrette.

California Cobb Salad - $10.95
Romaine and butter lettuce topped with bacon bits, crumbled bleu cheese, diced tomato, crumbled egg, and diced avocado, finished with a flame broiled breast of chicken.

Santa Fe Chicken Salad - $9.95
An herbed breast of chicken served atop field greens, with roasted corn salsa, tri-colored corn chips, lime and southwestern ranch dressing.

A beautifully marbled, twelve ounce ribeye steak marinated in a kentucky bourbon then grilled to perfect.

Beef ribeye rubbed with our special blend of seasonings, then slow-roasted. A 10 oz. cut served with AuJus.

Top Sirloin - $13.95
Always flavorful, this 8 oz. cut will melt in your mouth.

New York Strip - $17.95
A great choice of 10 oz. of boneless New York Strip steak grilled to your liking.

Sliced, roasted tender bistro tender steak & Yukon gold mashed potatoes smothered in our own signature sauce.

Capelli d'angelo noodles tossed with shrimp, olive oil, garlic, black olives, tomatoes, white wine and green onions.

Fettuccini Alfredo - $9.95
